You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world, however, the purchasing member must pay for all shipping costs. The prices on this website are for product collection at the Range at your next Club event.
If you are not collecting then when you place an order, work out the amount it will cost to ship to you and then arrange to pay extra directly to the Club.
Memberships are a NSW Police regulated matter. New members have one month after establishing a monthly payment to change their mind and cancel their membership if they wish. After the first month, membership payments cannot be cancelled or refunded. NSW Police are advised if a member cancels or has their Alpine membership suspended, revoked or refused. Membership is subject to frequent attendance, no criminal record and the presentation of two references from persons that have known you for at least two years. Further, relevant information is provided on your membership letter.
